Aguonos ir kava / Poppies and Eco coffee

Šiandien baigiau daug veltinukių, užsakytų iš visų pasaulio kampelių - Australijos, JAV, Kanados.
Daugumą vėliau taip, kaip buvau dariusi pirmuosius modeliukus, bet kavos spalvų šlepetėms, rinkdamasi vilnos atspalvius savo lentynose, pamačiau, kad natūralios nedažytos vilnos spalvos kone idealiai atitinka reikiamas! Nesusilaikiau neišbandžiusi ir rezultatas man patiko - spalvų perėjimai nenusileidžia dažytos vilnos šlepetėse išgautiems :) Ką jau kalbėti apie vėlimo procesą - daug valandų vandens, muilo ir vilnos glostymo atsiliepia rankoms, bet naudojant natūralią chemiškai neapdorotą vilną rankos lieka švelnios ir lyg kokia spa procedūra palepintos :))) Manau, kad panašų poveikį šios šlepetės darys ir jas nešiosiančioms pėdoms :)





Today I finished making a lot of slippers. They will be shipped to Australia, Canada, USA.
Felted slippers-sneakers with poppies I felt from New Zealand's dyed wool, which I usually use. But when I was choosing wool for slippers of coffee colours - I noticed that not dyed wool's colours in my shelves are almost exactly what I needed! I couldn't resist and felted of that wool - I like the results :) Color merging is like as in slippers of dyed wool.
And the process of felting - hours of water, soap and wool stroking - it reflect on my hands. But when I use natural, not treated with chemicals wool - my hands stays soft like after some spa procedure :))) I believe wearing such slippers will affect feet the same way :)
